Dude, he doesn't ring a bell at all. Weird. I wonder if 7up had a lot of ads back then, because I do not remember him at all.

Huh, I don't recall him either. But I did a bit of research, and it looks like he was popular in the early 90s, but Cool Spot took over as the 7up mascot soon after. But I guess this guy was drawn and put on T-shirts back in 85, so he was around for a while.
