Ok so this is one of my favorite childhood memories and I hope this one brings you guys back too!
 
Oh I remember this, so cool. I guess Kenny and the Chimp later resulted in Kids Next Door. I didn't know that. Also the voice is the same dude who does Spongebob for sure. Awesome!
