What do you expect, currently living in Northern Canada, expect -40 to -45 in the Winter over here. Summer not that warm, long and freezing cold Winters, short and raining Spring and Fall in Northern Canada. Not much sunshine either over here all year round. 10C is warm for me personally in October, mate.
